• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
• Bellwether Arbitration: If 25 or more arbitration demands involve common questions of law or fact and are represented by the same counsel, the parties shall select 10 “Bellwether Demands” (5 per side) for arbitration. Remaining demands may proceed after 90 days following the resolution of Bellwether Demands.
